All Goods are shipped the same working day, if orders have been placed before our carriers collection time.
For HEAVY OR LONG PARCELS over 2kg or over 2.5ft long (1pm) For Zones 1 , 2 , 3. For Local (South Yorkshire) Zone 4 (1pm)
For LIGHTER PARCELS upto about 1.250kg (3:00pm Mon , tue , wed , fri ) & ( 11:30am on thur ).
Customers paying by cheque will have their goods shipped following receipt & clearance of funds.
Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all normal orders.

"FREE POSTAGE":
In order to save you money we do not offer "FREE" postage. We are realists, shipping companies do not post for free. Free postage means "we have already included it in the price". This is fair if you only order one item, however if you order several items together you could be paying the postage costs several times over. We calculate the lowest possible shipping costs based on the weight of your individual order.

We would prefer if orders could be phoned through prior to collection in order that we are able to ensure stock availability and have all paperwork prepared.

Signing for Goods :
When goods arrive it is ESSENTIAL that you check them thoroughly, if a pack is damaged or there appears to be items missing you MUST SIGN THE PAPERWORK ACCORDINGLY , we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damaged goods that have been signed for in full and as in good condition. I know that sometimes the drivers of the carrier companies seem to be in a hurry but do not be bullied, these are your goods and they should be delivered to you, as you would want.
We cannot be held responsible for any postal or courier delays beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra working day before contacting us as we send them on next day delivery but it can sometimes take 2 or 3 working days by courier of which is still a great service and up to 15 working days by royal mail normally 1 or 2 days.
Returns:
In the event of a product being faulty by nature of poor manufacture or incorrect goods having been supplied we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the invoice in full. If the goods have been supplied as ordered but simply prove unsuitable or no longer required, we will be happy to refund the invoice less the carriage costs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods as well as ensuring that the goods are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale. We will notify you when we are in receipt of the item at our premises. A refund will be issued for returned items within 14 days of receipt of goods. We strongly recommend that if you are returning goods you send them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery not Special Delivery or carrier in order to obtain a proof of postage.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if we are unable to dispatch you order within 3 working days.
